One address for everything: bugs, rules you think are wrong, a guide that lost you, feedback on a mode, an account or data request, or a question before you sign up. All of it reaches the same place.
The most useful report says four things. With them, most bugs can be reproduced on the first try:
If the game froze and a reload fixed it, say so — that tells us it is a state bug rather than a rendering one.
To have your account and its data deleted, follow Delete your account — it lists what is removed and what is kept, and it can be done from inside the app. If you would rather ask by email, or you want a copy of what we hold about you, write to the address above from the email address on the account so we know the request is yours.
What we collect, why, and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy; cookies and local storage are covered in the Cookie Policy.
Before writing, it is worth a look — many questions are already answered, and answered at length:
If your question is still open after those, it is a fair question and we would like to hear it.
Tell us what is confusing, what is unfair, and what you would play more of. Corrections to a guide are especially welcome: if a rule is described wrongly, or a tactic does not work the way the page says, that is a mistake worth fixing and we will fix it.
Mode ideas are read, but we would rather hear the problem than the feature — "the arena feels decided in the first minute" is more useful than "add a new piece", because it tells us what to change.
Messages to this address are used to answer you and to fix what you reported. They are not added to a mailing list, and you will not be contacted about anything else. The full picture is in the Privacy Policy.
